L'entreprise existait déjà sous forme d'entreprise individuelle, enregistré avec seul propriétaire mon conjoint. Nous avons décidé de changer la forme de l'entreprise pour une SAP pour que nous soyons tous les deux propriétaires du Maraîcher du Village. Nous y travaillons tous les 2 à temps plein. Nous avons tout deux effectué une formation en production horticole (DEP) et nous produirons des légumes sans intrant chimique, destiné à une clientèle locale.
