Boulangerie – Café, La Maison au coin, S.E.N.C.
Nous sommes deux couples; Kim Rémilliard & Greg Widdison et Jon Morgan & Maureen Brophy qui se connaissent pour des années. Kim veut être boulangère. Greg a beaucoup d’expérience dans les cuisine de restaurant (et il est un rénovateur d’édifice). Jon et Maureen sont prêts à prendre leur retraite, Maureen a toujours pensé que la maison au coin devrait être un Café qui vendait aussi des petits sandwiches et Jon peut faire un peu to tout. Quand la maison est apparue sur le marché, le 2 janvier 2018 nous avons finalisé notre plan pour devenir partenaire dans cette entreprise et c’est parti. En décembre 2020, à cause de la Covid, nous avons fermé la boulangerie et nous avons loué l'édifice, alors nous sommes maintenant des locateuré - bailleur.
